It was a good week for bold faced names, with releases from Amyl and The Sniffers, Skegss, and Dune Rats all proving among the most popular choices for the best Australian new music playlisters.

Amyl and The Sniffers latest track is literally about getting grief from hometown keyboard warriors and other assorted tossers, so for them to sit in the top spot is a justified show of support. Elsy Wameyo though, stormed in right alongside them at the top of the pile, an emerging artist gaining serious backing.
Skeggs and Dune Rats were only a nose behind, with the sort of support you’d expect for such much-loved bands but, again this week, it’s worth nosing a touch further down the list to see artists like DIVEBAR YOUTH, Girl and Girl, Lola Scott, and Odette all doing particularly well too.
