No surprises to see an artist of the calibre of Ocean Alley (pictured) at the top of the list this week with ‘Love Balloon‘, but it’s still impressive given the sheer volume of tracks out this week. When nearly 800 tracks are being added to playlists, consistency can be hard to find, and topping the list with a third of playlists is a really strong testament to their popularity.

Radium Dolls were the standout performance this week, with ‘Scorching Heat‘ – again, with such a big pack, to just miss out on the top spot as a less-established act with less than 10k Spotify followers is a signal of wide belief in this excellent band.

Both of these artists are regular fixtures in the top three, and both did particularly well to pull ahead of a large and strong pack to grab the third-place spot.
