“Tee Vee Repairman just *roar* tonight, bright and sharp and a wild, wild time. Muscular and hefty when it needs to be – but without ever losing the nerdy charm it’s always had – it’s all loose-limbed and giddy-eyed, a feral and untamed pleasure.” Gallery Listen
“The Taps might come off lo-fi but can’t disguise their high fidelity songwriting, chatty and high-speed bits of eggpunk just one part of a bunch of sing-and-dance-along rippers. Big on tunes, speed, and wit – sounds like a dream date to me.” Gallery
“The Patsy Recliners’ singer claims a broken voice tonight but their easy twang isn’t diminished a notch. Comes off casual but it’s wildly accomplished, and a stompy pleasure.” Gallery
“Bower’s triple-harmony folk thickens the air for the mandolin, banjo, and guitar to flitter through. Hypnotic and gentle, it still carries an obvious strength to it, enough to quietly – but forcibly – pull you into a place with a lot more warmth and light, but a lot less noise.” Gallery Listen
