“El Coyote are built on a blues foundation, the furiously stomping sort, where terrible pain is expressed through the tone of a six-string soul in torment. What they bring to it though is a rough-edged, wild-eyed, Doors-y sensibility, which makes it completely bloody filthy. Only two gigs in, but as stiff as the last drink of the night, and just as satisfying.”
