What a great night! The National Live Music Awards’ NSW event was a killer setup, with Georgia Mooney MC-ing the very best Open Mic night youโre ever likely to see.
I normally write separate pieces for each artist, but I figured it was better to put them all together here – partially because they all only did one song, but mostly because every single one of them were such amazing musicians and songwriters. They all came together like some sort of Voltron to form one big super-show across the night, so this one’s going to get one big super-roundup instead.
It was a *hell* of a thing to see them all in such rapid succession – a fitting tribute to live music from start to finish.
