“The Cool Whirrs bring – and I guess I should have seen this coming – an actual cool whirr of noise, one that soothes and flutters and jumps and coils around. There’s more funk than I’m usually comfortable with, but this is roaringly good fun, danceable and huggable, all at the same time.”
