There are some days when I just make food hot. It’s not really cooking, it’s just temperature. Some days though – not often – I manage to accidentally make something so bloody good every bite is a pleasure, rich and chewy and exciting. In case you can’t see the metaphor coming, this is like that. Bloody hell, I’m stuffed.
