Fanzine #04 | Apr 2023

The cover this month is graced by the outstanding Clews, who blew the walls out at their show earlier this month. It wasn’t the only brilliant performance on Sydney’s stages though, and this issue features shows from Sweetie, WILSN, Good Ramen, the outstanding Turpentine Babycino, and tons more. Away from the stage, there’s also the usual reviews of the very best new music from DIY, independent, and emerging Australian artists, including Sophisticated Dingo, Forest Hall, The Terrys, and Peni Parker. Download it here (better quality pdf), or flick through it below πŸ‘‡

How to read the issue:

  • Story-style: on this page, you can click or tap on the issue above, and flick your way through it. There’s a slightly annoying auto-run thing, but there’s a pause button in the bottom left of the screen if you want to go through it at your own pace. Bloody computers.
  • PDF: if you want to read it in slightly higher definition, be able to zoom in on the text if it’s too small etc, then the original PDF file is here: download the pdf to your device
  • iOS Books App (or Android equivalent): if you open the PDF file using the link above, then click on the download icon, you can then use the share icon in your browser to open the file in Books. This will save it to your device and let you read through it more easily.
