Woollongong’s Maple Mall debut with a slurry slice of dolewave-ishness that gives the impression that it really wants to break its leash and go fully gonzo, but somehow can’t quite seem to get off the sofa right now. That’s a compliment, mind you – it’s a track of gentle but irresistible charm that makes you want to wrap it up in a blanket and tickle its ears.
