With new releases, Genesis Owusu, MAY-A, and Tia Gostelow all made it to the top of the playlisters’ preferences this week. Teenage Joans though managed to make it to the very top for the second week in a row, with their latest ‘Candy Apple’ getting a slew of week two adds. That’s really rare, and a huge signal of support.

The Rions made it two weeks on the spin too, with the second week of life for their “Minivan” EP getting them just off the top spot. The Grogans and Maple Glider also only narrowly missed top billing.
Story Of The Week though, goes to 1tbsp, whose latest track ‘Sour Berry’ made it onto more of the best Australian new music playlists than some far more established artists.
